These Terms govern your use of ZeroApps software and the zeroapps.io website. By purchasing, downloading or using a ZeroApps product, you agree to these Terms.
License grant
When you purchase a ZeroApps product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the version of the software included with your purchase on the number of Macs shown on the product page or at checkout.
The license does not expire, but access to future products, future major versions or separately sold services is included only when the product page and checkout expressly say so.
What you can do
- Install and use the software on your licensed Macs
- Make backup copies for archival purposes
- Transfer the license to a different Mac after deactivating the previous one
What you cannot do
- Resell or sublicense the software
- Redistribute or share your license key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Use the software to build a competing product
Updates
Your purchase includes updates to the current major version and at least three years of macOS compatibility fixes from the purchase date. We may release a future major version as a paid upgrade.
Your existing licensed version remains yours to use, subject to these Terms and compatibility with your hardware and operating system.
ZeroPass
ZeroPass includes perpetual licenses for the ZeroApps products expressly listed as included on the ZeroPass page at the time of purchase.
Future products or future major versions are not included unless the ZeroPass page and checkout expressly state that they are included. Product availability, system requirements and update coverage may differ by app.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your purchase is complete only after payment is successfully confirmed. We may correct obvious pricing or product-description errors before fulfilling an order and will provide a refund if an affected order cannot be fulfilled as advertised.
Refund
ZeroApps offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for direct purchases. To request a refund, contact the support address shown on the Refund Policy page with the purchase email and order number.
After a refund, the related license may be deactivated. Refund timing is subject to the payment provider and your bank.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall ZeroApps be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
