These terms govern your use of ZeroApps software and the zeroapps.co website. By purchasing a license you agree to these terms.
License grant
When you purchase a ZeroApps app, you receive a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use that software on the number of Macs specified in your plan. You may install the software on additional machines as backups but may only run it simultaneously on up to the device limit.
What you can do
- Install and use the software on your licensed Macs
- Make backup copies for archival purposes
- Transfer the license to a different Mac after deactivating the previous one
What you cannot do
- Resell or sublicense the software
- Redistribute or share your license key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Use the software to build a competing product
Updates
All app updates within the major version you purchased are free. We reserve the right to release a new major version as a paid upgrade, but we will provide the current version with bug fixes and macOS compatibility updates for at least 3 years after your purchase date.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall ZeroApps be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
