What is ZeroApps?
ZeroApps is a suite of native macOS utilities built for privacy-conscious users. Every app processes files locally on your Mac. Current apps include DownZero, PDFZero, MetaZero, ImageZero, ClipZero, TrafficZero, RenameZero, HealthZero, DuplicateZero, and ArchiveZero.
Do I need a ZeroApps account?
No account is required to use the apps. Your purchase email is used for receipts, license delivery and secure access to the license portal.
Are my files uploaded?
ZeroApps utilities are designed to process supported files and tasks locally on your Mac. Review each product page for product-specific details.
Is this a subscription?
No. ZeroApps single-app licenses and ZeroPass are sold as one-time purchases.
What updates are included?
Your purchase includes updates to the current major version and at least three years of macOS compatibility fixes. See the license terms for details.
Can I use a license on more than one Mac?
Single-app licenses support up to two Macs. For other plans, use the device limit shown at checkout.
Can I buy on my phone?
Yes. We send the license and Mac download details to your purchase email so you can install on your Mac when ready.
Do prices include tax?
Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.
What if the app is not right for me?
Direct purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for instructions.
Do I own the software after purchase?
Yes. You receive a perpetual license to the version you buy. Your license key is stored locally in the app. You can re-download and re-activate at any time using your purchase email and the My Licenses portal at zeroapps.io/portal.
What macOS version do ZeroApps require?
All ZeroApps require macOS Ventura 13.0 or later. They are built with native SwiftUI and are optimised for Apple Silicon Macs, though they also run on Intel Macs.
How do I receive my license key after purchase?
Your license key is emailed to you after checkout is completed. Open the app you purchased, click 'Activate License', and paste the key.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. ZeroApps never stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Email support@zeroapps.io within 30 days of purchase with your purchase email and order number.
How can I contact support?

Will you release more apps in the future?
Yes. New ZeroApps are in development and announced on the roadmap at zeroapps.io/roadmap.
