Privacy Policy

ZeroApps is built on a simple principle: your files and data belong to you, not us. This policy explains what little we do collect and why.

What our apps collect

Nothing. Every ZeroApps app runs 100% offline on your Mac. No files, metadata, or telemetry are sent to our servers. We do not have servers that process your files. We do not collect analytics about how you use the apps.

What the website collects

When you purchase a license or contact us, we collect:

• Email address — to deliver your license key and reply to support requests.
• Name — passed through from your payment processor, used in your receipt email.
• Payment information — processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.
• License usage data — when you activate a license, we store your device fingerprint and device name so you can see which machines are activated in your portal. We do not track when or how you use the app.

Cookies

The website uses one cookie: a session cookie set when you sign in to your license portal via a magic link. It contains only your email address. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Third parties

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Their privacy policy is at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (license keys, magic links). No marketing emails unless you opt in.
• Supabase / PostgreSQL — database hosting for orders and licenses. Hosted in the EU.

Waitlist

If you join a product waitlist, we store your email address and the product you signed up for. We use this only to notify you when that product launches. We do not share waitlist data with third parties.

Data retention

We retain order and license data for as long as your license is active, plus 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time; we will delete everything except what we are required to retain for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at info@cyberonegroup.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
